How can I keep updated Clock On my PC task bar?

My PC clock is not updating itself so after turning off my PC may be the clock get damaged. So I have to change the clock time always after turning on my PC......Please assistants me out....I am tired of changing time in my PC task bar clock.
1-- click on ur clock in major effort bar.
2-- date and time properties will open.
3-- adjust ur friend,time & year.
4- click on internet time.
5--do not tick on automatically synchronize with an internet dated server.

Why is the snooze bar on alarm clocks, set for 9 minutes?

It's the maximal delay you can get without doing any time calculation math which would indicate up the cost of the parts. For instance, if you hit the bar and the last digit is 4, the siren will trigger when the next 3 happens. It doesn't matter if its 14 -> 23, 44 ->
