I have a neon beer bearable, I would get, even partially, running. Some of these pipes are broken, the whole thing flickers for about half a second then turns off when you turn it on.

This must go to a manufacturer of cartridge, the tube will be needed gas, and any other need a lot less than you could get.

I have a neon beer waive. Can I keep it in my garage in the cold since winter is here? Or does it need to be in a fervid evironment?

Do you have a thermometer in your garage? I have a neon clock in my department store and it gets pretty cold out there with no problems. It usually doesn't get down to cold though, just in the high 30's.
