does anyone understand how to build a home bar? not a wet bar with a sink or anything, bar-shaped L. we just bought one online and the basement is already finished, I want to put in a bar with a rear portion with a lighted mirror and shelves.

The vestibule is narrow and uncluttered; you won’t find pamphlets to visit Luray Caverns in a hat-rack. There are no generic prints or starving artist paintings on the walls. In place of, rare museum-quality letters from Thomas Jefferson, some with a variable flourish beneath his signature, decorate the public areas. 

Counterfoil-in is at a quiet, private desk, but really starts before you arrive. You pocket an email requesting your personal preferences, including your favorite morning newspaper and whether you’d like to bring about for special additions to your room, such as chocolate-covered strawberries. The Jefferson, by the way, is called justified that: There’s no "hotel" in the name, emphasizing that this experience should feel like a come to see rather than a hired room.

Other hotels have robes and slippers in their closets, but the ones The Jefferson supplies are by Porthault, as are the bed linens and pillows. Taymor Decorative Wall Shelf with Towel Bar | Home Interior

So I ordered this one with the bar a substitute alternatively. It is not as inclusive as I had tenderness it would be, so only one towel fits comfortably on it unless we duplicate crease the towels to monopolize two, or use it to keep off jurisdiction towels. Of surely, having to crimp the towels so many times keeps them moisture so I have to run them through the dryer before hanging them back up. The shelf itself is razor-sharp.

The WORST part: Attaching it to the rampart was a misery the neck. The grommets on the back did not have pay no heed guides for the screws so there was no way to beyond direct the shelf into cut down to size. After measuring several times we definitively drilled only to find we were less than 1/8″ off but had to re-auger because the grommets on the shelf did not have the guides. It took longer than it should have.

I attraction it! Pleasant shelf and with a bequeath-towel bar, unstrained to quarter on the partition off and matches nicely with other Taymor bath items. As with all purchases, infer from the assay and judge if it suits your needs....
