Took neon light outa tube, there is a red and off-white wire going to the light, one goes to the center of the bulb, then other wraps around the shell of it, then goes to the other side of the bulb, is there anyway i can make it light with just this?

I'm not inevitable what kind of light you are really talking about but if it really is a neon light the it would not be safe to light it skin of the envelope as it would be a strong UV source.

Is this even feasible

Neon lights must be affectionate to work. It is possible to configure the power source to be subject to c excite on and off with the beat but if the system cools down to much, it will not work. Best use a seres of LED as they answer instantly and if set up properly, can reproduce
