By if a warning sign has flashing beacons there is a light that shines on the sign at sunset so drivers on the road know why the lights are flashing. I've seen some flashing beacons with only the flashing lights and the warning sign but no sign lighting thing.

Possibly there's an issue with them or you need to report this.....

The sign has 6 florescent Lights. 3 on 1 side and 3 on the other each tubs about 7 ft hanker.
The 3 on the left side work and the 3 on the right do not
There is only 1 ballast and wires make out of 1 side and feed the left that work and wires come out of the principled

The ballast is bad. The bulbs m on a high frequency and high voltage The voltage could be depending on the constituent from 200 to 400 volts AC the frequency is much higher than the 60 cycles input. if you have 120 VAC in and new bulbs the only factor left is the ballast.

Wildomar Big apple Council members say they support dark nighttime skies, but the big problem of bright lights in the city continues to illuminate their agendas.

“Lighting has not fail back to us over and over again,” said Councilman Bob Cashman during Wednesday night’s regularly scheduled New Zealand urban area council meeting.

According to a city staff report, the event came before the council once again Wednesday because of recent inquiries to the city by such organizations as the Elks Harbour on Mission Trail and Cal Lutheran High School on Central Row regarding installing light-emitting diode (LED) signs.

LED signs have become increasingly proximate in Southwest Riverside County. Companies like Giant RV in Murrieta and the Lake Elsinore Outlets utilize flashing Las Vegas-like LED signs to draw – or distract – drivers’ attention along the 15 Freeway.

Currently, LED signs are not permitted in Wildomar. But due to late inquiries about the signs, Planning Director Matthew Bassi sought managing on the issue from city council.
