Can neon beer lights(like you see in a bar) be repaired if the glass tube has been broken in one spot?

I have two lights that got intermittent, can they be fixed? If so, where can I get them fixed at?

I'm good-looking sure not. Even if you could fix the glass tube, the neon gas was released, so you might as well buy a new one.
