Hi I have a Detroit Tigers Clock that is powered by a 12 volt adapter. I destitution to put it on the wall without the cord hanging down the wall. Is there a way to hook up a battery to it as an alternative of the cord? If you have any answers that would be great. Thanks.

It works for butt in fail time, then slows down for some reason. The neon part is plugged in but the clock is battery operated. I am wondering if the neon light has something to do with it losing lifetime? How I don't know but maybe someone can shed some light on the subject.

Is there an alignment for the clock on the back? Either that or the battery is not making good connection, there is slop in the clock. good luck
