What do I have to do to become someone who finds bands inorder to sign with record companies?

Im having anguish deciding what I want to do in life and I think that maybe I would like to find music groups and bands in statute to sign them with major record companies.

No offense, but if you don't skilled in how or what to do, maybe this isn't the right career for you. it helps to "like" what you craving to do, but you have to also have some natural skills & talents to make a good living at it.

Who agrees we should drill for oil if the oil companies sign a contract?
