what can I use to wipe clean an aluminum sign with a graphic print on it?

I got an aluminum sign with a graphic stamp on it. I want to wipe it clean because it has a spec or two of dirt and some recollect print smudges on it.
I use Imaginary spray or 409 and a soft cloth, not a paper towel. Journal towel are made from wood and scratch.

Can I take my logo and turn it into a Vector graphic to be put on a sign?

I have my company logo that is made in RBG and CYMK formats. The sign people say they sine qua non the graphic in Vector format. Can I simply resave the image to .eps or .ai plan? Or do i need to have it remade?
You will impecuniousness to have it redrawn in a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator. If the letters/shapes are in actuality blocky and simple, then it should not take long for someone to do for you. But if it's complex.. you might be in for a shock.

Looking for a sign
A new sign may be installed at the west end of city to replace the giant plexiglass tobacco leaf near the Delhi Community Arena.
Members from the nearby BIA, Delhi and District Chamber of Commerce and Norfolk County are in talks for the odds of a revamped sign welcoming visitors to town.
The current sign was damaged during a windstorm last April and has yet to be repaired.
Many Delhi residents have expressed an interest in maintaining the popular leaf, however there is a lack of people willing to put forth the money for its persistence.
“The sign is pretty old and it would cost an awful lot (to repair it),” said Andy Putoczki, chairperson of the Delhi BIA.
Not only is the crystal display broken, the sign is badly rusted.
“It is dilapidated and in precarious condition,” said Norfolk Councillor Mike Columbus.
In the upcoming weeks the county will acquire a quote for the cost to repair the sign as well as a quote to build a new sign.
