Then starting from one corner, slloowwllyy pull it off.

Watchung has to make a decision sooner rather than later, because it has to repay the sign for Gentian Lane, off Mountain Boulevard, across from Twin Brooks Territory Club. DPW manager Bob Burns would like to  replace the sign using the new blueprint, and begin the process of gradually upgrading all  signs to be in compliance with the new regulations.
