Does it disobliging that its the first of many to come? Say a large corporation purchased the only existing grocery store with that finicky name and location. Any ideas?

I weigh it means it's their example of their personal best, their flagship store, their example-bearer.

Usually banner stores have the best merchandise, etcetera.
I take as given they use these stores to demonstrate their best potential.

Make Dad a Tie Bunting | Dollar Store Crafts

I don't cognizant of about you, but I have such a hard age coming up with godlike handmade gifts (or any gifts, in point of fact) for the men in my memoirs. Pater's Day is always a stumper for me, but the other day, I found a bag of old scrimping store ties I tolerant of for another programme last year, so I only just sat down and played with them.
