Can i wash car upon truck delivery before i sign a condition report agreement?

I am receiving car on the double,it is brand new but on open carrier. it will be very dirty and i am sure there is no way to cessation for damage,unless i wash it and inspect. Can i ask a truck driver give me 10-15 minutes to go wash up a car and inspect it after that?

What truck is in the category not allowed to leave the right lane where theres a sign no trucks on left lane?

Isn't there a bias limit or truck classification? Im asking about Illinois law.
A Box truck which is considered in the classification of refinement 3 truck is the same classification of Ford F350. I do not need a CDL for this but is it considered or exigency to be treated

Mostly commercial trucks - the affectionate you need an endorsement on your license to operate. Pickup trucks are sunny to move over. They are considered passenger vehicles.

Hastings:

Westchester facile clerk passport registration truck will come to hastings on Sat. April 14. The effect come what may will take place at the Village Library from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The deadline to sign up for pastime T-ball is April 9. Pool and camp sign-up on April 2. 

Dobbs Ferry:

Dobbs Ferry Rec. Caravan site registration is March 31. For teen camp, registration is from 9:30-11:30 a.m.; Inferior Camp and Teen Camp is from 1-4 p.m.  Mini-wee soccer begins on April 19. Order is limited.
