Are neon lights under your car illegal in Ca and Az? If so, what is the fine if I forget to turn them off?

I at best added some blue neons under my Avalanche and added a dispirited neon rear license plate. I live in Mexico, but, go to California and Arizona often. I don`t call for problems with the cops over something silly.

in AZ you can get ticketed for having your lights on Core the car so i am guessing that neon lights follow under that same presence...its a distraction to other drivers so you could get in the time...

Neon or LED lights under a car in canada legal?

I have been told by numerous people that haveing neon lights under your car is wrongful. I live in B.C. and have been wondering for quite some time now if you are allowed to put lights under the car. I am planning to waste some money and get them installed on the underside of

NO its not wrongful to have those neon or led light kits under your car.....

YES it is illegal to drive with them on.......

Looking Up: Lot's to see in partly cloudy skies

The dynamics of the solar system continues to give out under the evening sky. Backyard exploration of stars and galaxies has had to wait at least a first admiring flicker at the celestial events much closer to home. Even a few passing clouds did not dilapidated.

Has anyone with the gift of sight missed the wonder in the west? It is a rare appearance to have the Universe so vivid that even city dwellers living under smog saturated with neon flush, cannot but see the greater cosmos beyond.

Although Venus and Jupiter are now widely separated, these planetary beacons proceed with to dominate the western view every evening. Ruddy Mars still shines magnificent high in the east as darkness descends and the stars come out. Then comes our own habitual satellite, the moon. This past week, the crescent moon passed nearly equal by Venus, making a dramatic triangle with Jupiter further down. 

On Monday evensong, March 26,  the Pleiades star cluster glittered solely above the close pairing of Venus and the Moon. The cluster was a bit difficult to assemble out with the moonlight but added to the grand scheme once you detected it.
