How to Build you own Eryri Bagpipes? The Jimmi Hendrix Version...?

I heard a re-created variety of Eryri Bagpipes from Goat Music One. One site has three songs for advance showing: http://www.isound.com/goat_music.

You're not successful to plug a pipe into anything. You can plug a guitar's pickups into an amplifier, but the hubble-bubble has no pickups...just one volume..LOUD. What they do is recording the pipe and then run it thru a synthesizer and mix it with the other tracks.
