I have a sign beer neon. I can keep it in my garage in the winter is unpleasant from here? Or does it need to be heated in an evironment?

Do you have a thermometer in your garage? I have a neon clock in my shop and it is pretty cold out there without any problem. It is not usually get to relax, but only in the 30th.

I've got a neon beer faded I would like to get even partially running. Some of the tubes are broken, the whole quirk flickers on for about half a second and then shuts off when you switch it on.

I acknowledge the parts that are broken might not ever work again,

That needs to go to a sign maker, he will have the predestined tubing gases, and whatever else is needed a lot cheaper than you could get them for.
