Where can I custom make Neon/LED signs for concerts in Singapore?

I've been to a few concerts and has always seen people with true pretty Neon/LED signs in the artistes' names. I will like to find out where and how much one of these signs cost. Thanks!

What is the difference between a Neon sign and a LED sign?

I envisage on placing a sign on the window. The Sun shines a lot on the window. What would be superior to get? What is the difference? Please help. Thank you.

As far as visibility goes both are well visible.

Neon has a nostalgia about it so if your business is also nostalgic I suggest neon.

Neon is more high-priced and requires proper maintenance when it goes bad. LED signs would probably be recycled
