Is it okay to wear this to my friend's wedding?

My roomie is having an outdoor wedding, so I'm looking for a nice lightweight cotton sun berate.
I was thinking of wearing a short sleeve, just below the knee greatest extent, black and white floral print dress. The floral print is very large, and it doesn't look anything
